Manipulation Therapy
Manipulative Therapy, (‘MT’) is hands-on care to the joints including both the peripheral joints and spine. It involves using the hands to assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury. Using MT, our therapists will mobilise your muscles and joints using techniques including stretching, gentle pressure and resistance.
Counterstrain (PIR/RI Techniques)

Spinal manipulation, also called spinal manipulative therapy or manual therapy, combines moving and mobilising joints to achieve their true range of motion. It's designed to relieve pressure on joints, reduce inflammation, and improve nerve function. It’s often used to treat back, neck, shoulder, and headache pain, and can also be used to treat other types of pain also such as disc herniation pain.
Manipulative Therapy along with Physical Therapy and Bio Medical Dry Needling is a very effective way of releasing problematic joints.
