Payment procedure:

You must pay after each appointment. You can request a receipt at the end of your full treatment, i.e.  once the series of treatments has been concluded. This one completed treatment receipt, outlines the visits /associated fees, and can then be used for your tax or health insurance.

Cancellations:

​We request that patients provide 24hours notice in the event of an appointment cancellation, to enable us refill the available slot with another waiting patient, please see the cancellation policy below.
Our Cancellation Policy
​We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, car problems, adverse weather or illness are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment. In our efforts to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists time, we have adopted the following Cancellation Policy:
  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to take the assigned appointment slot.
  • If you are unable to give us 24 hour notice you will be charged the full amount of the treatment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment with us.
  • No shows – Patients who either forget or consciously chooses to not to avail of their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a
    ​“no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service will be suspended until payment is made.
